Game Plan Notebooks
The X and O Game Plan Notebook is a great way to keep your entire coaching staff on the same page! Customized Scouting and Game Plan pages will allow coaches to work from the same starting point, and the Notes and Play Cards will give each coach the space to work the way they like to. Whether you work with the offense, defense, special teams or both sides of the ball we can create a custom notebook for you. What's Included
Your 180 page high-quality, spiral-bound custom X and O Game Plan Notebook can include options such as scouting pages, play card pages, lined note taking pages, and game and film review pages along with a custom cover and team logo. We can even add a quote, motto or motivational phrase that promotes your team culture. Our notebook is 100% customizable, so if you have other content you would like to utilize in your notebook, we welcome those ideas. The pages of the notebook will be arranged in sections so you have an individual section for each possible week of your season. Custom Cover
We will customize the notebook cover with your high resolution image and any desired text. Just let us know your design specifications and our professional design team will create a heavy duty, high quality cover that will stand up to daily wear and tear. We can match most fonts and color requests to produce an eye-catching, custom cover.
Scouting Pages
A unique feature of the Game Plan Notebooks are the Scouting Pages. We have designed a two page segment for each weekly section that has several questions that every coach will ask themselves when scouting their next opponent. These questions are specific and geared toward an offensive coach, defensive coach, special teams coach or a coach who works both sides of the ball based on the type of notebook requested.
Play Cards
The play cards are what make the X and O Notebook so unique and desirable. The pages will be designed and built for your program with custom text, image and program motto. In addition, the play card diagrams will be specific to offense, defense or special teams. Each page will have four play cards, with the exception of special teams notebooks, that will have two play cards per page. Each individual play card has a notes section so your diagrams don’t get cluttered. These pages also have a title space at the top to keep ideas organized.
Notes
The customizable “Notes” pages will be a vital piece of each week’s game plan segment. Along with the the scouting report pages, play diagrams and game review pages, you will have a section that can be used for random notes, film takeaways, opposing player tendencies and those ideas that come to you but you aren’t sure where they fit in. The notes pages might be your most used tool in your game plan segment.
Game Review Pages
The Game Review segment of each weekly section allows each coach the opportunity to capture their post game thoughts and how the game plan worked or didn’t work. Coaches can jot down ideas for upcoming games or issues that need to be addressed immediately.
Post Game Film Breakdown
The last page of each weekly section will be a page dedicated to your film breakdown for that week’s game. Keeping your film breakdown notes separate from the other pages will help keep you organized and efficient.
